Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These rules apply to all purchases made online, over the phone, or in person for Country Fan Fest as well as tickets and campsites received through contests or promotions.
By choosing to attend the festival you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, leagues, artists, other participants and all of our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. Event dates, times and performers are subject to change. Country Fan Fest is a rain or shine event.
Ticket users bear all risks, including cancellation of the event and inclement weather. Country Fan Fest is not responsible for any weather related damage or loss to vehicles, tents, campers, RV’s or personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home. Country Fan Fest is not responsible for any materials, items or property that is misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen. You are purchasing a ticket for Country Fan Fest, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket. We are not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at the event or for any changes made at the venue including without limitation, seating arrangements, stage set-up or venue conditions.
Ticket users bear and assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during or after the event and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the Event Organizer—and against any companies affiliated with the Event Organizer—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
“Management” means Country Fan Fest staff. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state/provincial or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband.
Each campsite is registered to the participant who purchased the site. This individual accepts full responsibility for the campsite. Any CFF campground rules broken may mean eviction with NO REFUND, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. Country Fan Fest reserves the right to move any site/camper at its discretion, at any time prior to or during the festival. Best efforts will be made to relocate you to a site near the original location, however, new placement will be at Country Fan Fest’s sole discretion.
The use of a generator is only allowed during specific times. A “quiet time” will be enforced by Country Fan Fest and Security personnel. If the use of a generator is required to power a medical device during the nighttime quiet hours it must be run on “quiet mode”. Generator Curfew at Midnight. No ground exhaust for generators in the campground. We recommend that exhaust be piped to flow up at least 10 feet to lessen the dangers of carbon monoxide. This applies to on board and external generators.
By attending, purchasing or participating in any or all portions of Country Fan Fest (including but not limited to activities, concert attendance, camping, etc.) you agree to the above stated terms and conditions and waive the right to seek damages or refunds.
