However, we understand that your plans can change — and, as a rain-or-shine event, it may be inconvenient for you to attend.
Ticket protection can be added to your order during checkout and will allow you to receive a refund – for any reason – so long as you request a refund at least 1 day before the event.
If you are concerned about your upcoming plans, your best option is to purchase Ticket Protection with your order.
Ticket Protection is an option you can add to your order during checkout that will allow you to claim a refund, for any reason, if you are unable to make the event for which you originally purchased tickets.
If you purchased Ticket Protection, it will show on your order receipt. If you can’t locate your order receipt, please email info@countryfanfest.com.
Ticket Protection can only be purchased during checkout for your whole order and cannot be added at a later time.

Ticket Protection does not include a refund on the price paid for Ticket Protection, Processing fees, Transfer fees, or any other fees not listed above. Ticket Protection does not include coverage for any other personal expenses including but not limited to travel, gas, flights, or hotels.
If you did purchase Ticket Protection and you'd like to request a refund, your refund request MUST be submitted BEFORE the event date.
