The Policy
Country Fan Fest is a rain-or-shine event. This means that the event will not be cancelled due to rain and WILL be held regardless of weather conditions.
Attendees should prepare for potential inclement weather and dress appropriately.
Similar to a sporting event or concert, Country Fan Fest has a no refunds policy. This means that if you purchase tickets (and do not add Ticket Protection to your order), you will not qualify for a refund for any portion of the event.
